Manufacturing Technician / Process Technician (Entry-Level)

Job Responsibilities:Operate processing equipment as per established SOPs, MPRs, and SPRs in compliance with cGMP standardsPerform manufacturing activities including:Solution preparationCell culturePurification & formulationSupporting production operationsTrain under qualified technicians to gain hands-on experience with process equipmentAccurately follow and execute cGMP documentation practicesUtilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for production tracking and reportingAssist in troubleshooting and resolving non-routine production issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturingFollow company values, safety, and compliance standardsPerform other assigned duties as neededRequired (Essential) Qualifications:0–1 year of experience (Entry-level candidates encouraged)High School Diploma requiredAbility to work independently and within a teamBasic understanding or willingness to learn cGMP standardsBasic computer skillsAbility to follow instructions and standard procedures carefullyPreferred (Desirable) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferredDegree in a STEM field (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.)Exposure to aseptic environments or cGMP manufacturingKey Skills / Must-Haves:Attention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic technical aptitudeWillingness to learn manufacturing processesCompliance and quality-focused mindsetStrong teamwork and communication skills
