Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality dishes to our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, adhering to the dietary department's guidelines and ensuring that all food is handled and presented in a professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling procedures. - Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak periods. - Assist with menu planning and contribute to the development of new dishes and specials. - Participate in catering events and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard. - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that dishes meet the standards of our fine dining restaurant. - Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
