Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed Requirements/Duties:5+ Years experienceAbility to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concreteMust be able to read and follow blueprintsMust do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailersMust help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptionsAbility to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all timesResponsible for the crew efficiencyMust have correct information to the crew in a timely mannerResponsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracyResponsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely mannerLead by exampleGood communication skillsQuick problem solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to motivate without cursing and demeaning Compensation $33 - $40 per hour
