The Sales Representative will call on multiple call points, with the primary focus in Plastic and General Surgery. The Sales Representative will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will work with their team to ensure that regional/corporate financial goals are met.Territory: WA, OR, MT, and AKResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales targetsCultivate relationships with new and targeted customers: Supporting their conversion to and adoption of our productsSpend 3+ Days per week in the Operating Room for Procedures lasting 2-8+ hours.Travel to recruit new accounts and service pre-existing accounts in the assigned territoryNavigate customer purchasing process, purchasing committees and other key stakeholders with a role in each customer's buying processSupport customer lead generation activities, including cold calling, customer follow-up and market researchSupport industry conferences, congresses and symposium representing SIAPromote, attend and help execute training workshops for current and prospective customers Complete all daily and going administrative activities including business planning, expense planning and reporting, CRM management and entry customer record entry, and competitive intelligenceSupport the management of clinician relationships within acute hospitals, alternative site hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient surgery centers and private practice officesIncrease customer knowledge of our products, points of differentiation and economic value proposition through the distribution of educational and informational assets for the companyDevelop and articulate a strong, working knowledge of SIA products, with emphasis on product benefits and features, points of differentiation, competitor positioningDevelop and articulate an understanding of surgical procedures that are relevant to SIA productsMaintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines for SIAMaintain consistent communication with Regional Sales Management and organizational leadership; providing marketing intelligence and customer insights as they become availableOperate professionally, representing the culture of SIA with integrity, honesty and hustleQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higherPrior experience in Medical Device sales (preferably Aesthetics, Plastic or General Surgery)Prior Exposure to Surgery, Surgeons, and the Surgical environmentTrack record of leading entry of product into hospitals (VAC committees, supplychain/purchasing, administration)Demonstrated, verified ability to sell new products and drive market shareCandidate must be local to the territoryCore Competencies, Skills And Experience RequirementsProficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access, Project, and VisioExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong presentation and training skillsStrong interpersonal, logic and planning skillsExcellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.Excellent organizational skills including the ability to keep accurate recordsAbility to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent negotiating and problem resolution skillsStrong research and technical writing skillsTravel Is RequiredAn essential function of this role is making in-person onsite regular visits to hospitals, medical facilities and other customer locations.
