Job Title: Project Manager (Level II)Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: 11+ Months (possibility of extension or conversion to permanent)Key Responsibilities:• Manage scope, schedule, and budget• Drive risk, issue, and stakeholder management• Lead Agile/Waterfall delivery• Coordinate cross-functional teams• Oversee vendors and deliverablesRequired Experience:• 4–7 years Project Management experience• 2+ years on State/Federal government projects• Agile + Waterfall experiencePreferred:• PMP Certification• Scrum Master• Degree in IT, Business, or related field
