Senior Accountant (King of Prussia)

A growing organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative accounting team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on across month-end close, cost/project accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting functions while partnering closely with leadership.Responsibilities:Assist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportsMaintain and reconcile general ledger accountsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable processesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSupport project-related accounting and cost tracking activitiesPartner with internal departments and leadership on financial reporting needsAssist with audit support and compliance-related requestsHelp identify and implement process improvements within accounting operationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience within a project-based, service-based, or operational accounting environment preferredStrong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reportingERP system experience requiredAdvanced Excel skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
