Senior Project Engineer (Fremont)

Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers and Superintendents in managing ground-up construction projectsCoordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawingsTrack project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely deliveryAssist in subcontractor coordination and communication across tradesEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policiesParticipate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reportingMaintain accurate project records and assist with closeout documentationReview plans and specifications to identify potential issues and support resolutionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field4–8+ years of experience with a general contractor on ground-up construction projectsExperience in multifamily, commercial, or public works construction requiredStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentationFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and job site complianceProficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
