Medical, Dental, Vision low-cost premiums even for family coverageCompany-paid life/AD&D insuranceCompany-paid short-term disabilityPaid sick/vacation/holiday401k/Company Funded Pension Program (program is dependent upon location and job type)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Additional voluntary benefits ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and operational teams, to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational and operational needs.Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborative team member, diagnosing development needs and recommending solutions that drive performance.Leadership & Talent DevelopmentDesign, implement, and refine leadership, technical, and professional development programs as an individual and as a team.Develop and maintain competency models used for performance, development, and succession planning.Lead the identification and development of high-potential talent using targeted pathways, stretch assignments, mentoring, and experiential learning.Succession Planning & Workforce ReadinessManage enterprise succession planning processes, including talent reviews, readiness assessments, and development plans.Partner with leaders to build strong internal talent pipelines and close capability gaps.Program Facilitation & EvaluationDeliver engaging learning experiences from various sources across in-person, virtual, and blended formats using modern adult-learning principles.Evaluate programs using data and feedback to ensure impact and continuous improvement.Manage and support the implementation of learning initiatives within the Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating closely with departments and stakeholders to assist with program builds, coordinate project activities, and ensure a seamless learner experience.Vendor & Project ManagementSelect and manage external vendors supporting leadership and organizational development.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for key talent and development initiatives.Cultural Immersion & Field ConnectivityConduct regular site visits to gain operational understanding and ensure programs meet the real needs of employees across cement, concrete, and aggregates operations.EducationBachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field; master's degree preferred Requirements/Qualifications5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational training, leadership development, or talent management.4+ years of experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.Ability to work as an individual contributor, team member, and manage others.Strong facilitation and communication skills across in-person, virtual, and blended environments.Experience designing high-potential or leadership development programs.Proficiency with LMS platforms for content delivery and tracking.Experience with succession planning and talent review frameworks.Knowledge of OD, change management, and project management methodologies.Ability to align learning strategies with operations in construction materials or manufacturing.Willingness to travel up to 25% with flexibility to travel more as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field; Master's preferred.Certifications in instructional design, facilitation, or eLearning tools.Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Experience in fast-growing or start-up environments.Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
