In this role, you will be integral in delivering comprehensive mental health services to clients throughout Florida. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining tele-health and in-person responsibilities *Responsibilities:* Provide therapy services to a diverse clientele Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Empower patients through therapeutic interventions Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records *Requirements and Skills:* Must be bilingual (English & Spanish). Master's Degree in mental health Active Florida LMHC license with no restrictions Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence-based practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 35.0 40.0 per weekAbility to Relocate: * Hialeah, FL 33012: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hialeah, FL 33012 by Jobble
