Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team! The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and facilitating a positive and effective workplace culture. Manage clinical staff, optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide a supportive environment for clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic practice Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership to ensure efficient workflow Implement and maintain office policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery Demonstrate knowledge in critical care practices to support clinical operations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work in-person in San Luis Obispo Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Sheets to optimize management and operational efficiency Our Benefits: Paid Training Cal Savers Accrued vacation time off Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Medical management: 2 years (Required) spreadsheets: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
