Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential for these roles, as families value consistency, reliability, and open communication.The ideal nanny will have strong experience with newborns and young children and be knowledgeable about early developmental milestones, routines, and age-appropriate engagement. These are long-term positions, and families are looking for a nanny who can offer stability and commitment through key early childhood stages.Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
