Apply via Dice today!Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle implementations, driving financial transformation initiatives, and working closely with business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable financial solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financials solutions, including RMCS.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Conduct fit-gap analysis, and design as-is and to-be business processes.Configure Oracle Financial modules and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), testing, and deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders to define systems strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Work in multi-organization and multi-ledger environments within Oracle EBS.Support integration and data migration activities across financial systems.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials modules, including a combination of:General Ledger (GL)Subledger Accounting (SLA)Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)Accounts Receivable (AR)Accounts Payable (AP)Cash ManagementFixed AssetsTreasuryEBTaxAdvanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)Invoice modulesExperience with 2+ complex, full lifecycle implementations involving Oracle EBS Financials and RMCS.Strong experience in:Functional configurationTesting and validationClient interaction and stakeholder managementHands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.6 in multi-org and multi-set of books environments.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience with:Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS)Oracle Cloud ReceivablesExperience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.Proven ability to lead workshops, CRPs, and training sessions.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
