In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment. What You'll Do as a Licensed Physical Therapist - Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents - Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength - Track and document progress to inform care plans - Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team - Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment - Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards - Stay current through ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For - Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required) - Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree) - 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) - Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively - Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively Compensation and Benefits - Hourly pay: $45–$48 DOE, paid biweekly - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off - Retirement savings plan - Opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement EEOC StatementCherrelyn Healthcare Center is an equal opportunity employer and strives to create an inclusive and diverse workplace.
