This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations, building relationships, and learning about local businesses.Responsibilities:Reconnect with past clients and existing contactsConduct outbound outreach to prospective manufacturing clients via email and LinkedIn with follow-up phone callsEducate local manufacturers on MAGNET’s full suite of consulting servicesIdentify potential business challenges and areas of needSchedule meetings for MAGNET’s business development directorsMaintain accurate records in CRMQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable making outbound callsOrganized and dependableWillingness to learn and be coachedDetails:Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)Flexible schedule during normal business hoursHybrid, Northeast Ohio preferredCompensation:Hourly pay range is $22-$30/hour based on experience and qualificationsQuarterly performance-based bonuses also available
