Autism Centers of Utah - Salt Lake County | Full-Time | Clinic Setting Autism Centers of Utah is actively hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and begin supporting clients as soon as possible. This is an immediate opening for services provided in clinic, home, and school settings throughout Salt Lake County. We are a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence committed to high-quality services and a supportive, team-oriented culture. Pay & Benefits: $22-$24 per hour $500 sign-on bonus (after 30 days + performance review) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship Career growth opportunities Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Collect and record session data Support skill development in clinic, home, and school settings Communicate progress with families and supervisors Requirements (Read Carefully): Active RBT certification (required) Minimum 1 year experience working with children (ABA preferred) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to work in-person in Salt Lake County Ability to pass background check and drug screening Company Description At Autism Centers of Utah in Sandy, we celebrate your child's individuality and champion your family's progress.
