We endeavor to represent the essence of the healthcare industry today – top-tier talent providing assistance to those in need in the community, while also continuing the goal to become the epitome of goodwill among the supplemental staffing industry here in the United States. ```Duties``` - Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease - Collect and analyze patient specimens, such as blood, urine, and tissue samples - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments - Prepare and analyze cultures to identify bacteria or other microorganisms - Monitor test results, evaluate quality control procedures, and report findings to healthcare providers - Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and results obtained - Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines ```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field - Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Proficiency in performing PCR assays and other molecular diagnostic techniques - Experience in data management and analysis using laboratory information systems - Familiarity with specimen collection processing and handling techniques - Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred - Knowledge of CT scanning procedures and interpretation is a plus - Ability to effectively manage laboratory operations and supervise staff As a Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely laboratory test results that contribute to patient care.
