Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM to lead implementation, migration, and modernization projects in a DoD environment.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience managing BMC Helix / BMC Remedy ITSM projects.
Experience in ITSM implementation, migration, upgrades, and integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery skills.
Prior experience with DoD or federal government projects preferred.
PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
