This position will report directly to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance.This is a 1st shift position. The hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. The pay will be $15.25/hr.Warehouse Janitor Responsibilities:General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles.Clean and stock restrooms.Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipmentPerform minor repairs.Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.Duties/Responsibilities:Experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role preferred.Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliancesKnowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous componentsFamiliarity with basic landscaping and handyman practicesRequired Skills/Abilities:Good communication skillsAttention to detail and conscientiousness.Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.Must have the ability to do simple math such as Add and SubtractEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous work experience within the last 2 years preferred.Entry level positionPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsDental Benefits, Medical Benefits, Paid Vacations, Paid mileage, no weekends.401K with company match upLife Insurance, short term disability, long term disabilityOur 6 major paid Holidays are, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas, after completing your 90 days.
