Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, and maintenance of robust ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and metadata management practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models and architectures.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Monitor performance, optimize data processing workloads, and ensure reliability in cloud environments.
Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, including building ETL processes with Python and SQL.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality, and metadata management.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data services.
Experience designing relational and dimensional data models for analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
