This role will be responsible for driving execution, governance, and delivery across a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives focused on data platforms, analytics, AI enablement, and enterprise technology modernization.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Program Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building structure from ambiguity, and can effectively partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.What You'll DoAs the Project / Program Manager, you will serve as the operational leader across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution excellence throughout the program lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Drive end-to-end planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiativesDefine and manage program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and execution plansEstablish ownership and accountability across cross-functional teamsIdentify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, and execution gapsLead program governance activities, including RAID management, action tracking, and status reportingMaintain visibility into overall program health, timelines, and delivery progressPartner with engineering, data, infrastructure, business, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and executionFacilitate program reviews, stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and decision-making forumsDrive Jira governance, including backlog management, epic and story structure, sprint alignment, reporting, and delivery trackingSupport prioritization and intake of new initiatives while balancing capacity and business objectivesDevelop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and management-by-exception reportingTranslate complex technical initiatives into clear business-focused updates for leadership audiencesAct as a liaison between business and technical teams and serve in a Product Owner capacity when neededRequired Qualifications10+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiativesProven experience managing Data Platform, AI, Analytics, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology programsStrong expertise with Jira, including backlog management, reporting, governance, epic/story creation, and Agile delivery practicesDemonstrated experience driving program execution discipline through dependency management, RAID tracking, and governance processesExperience managing programs across globally distributed teams, including stakeholders in the US, EMEA, and APACExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadershipAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiativesBackground working within large-scale PMO organizationsExperience leading digital transformation or enterprise modernization programsFamiliarity with cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and modern technology environmentsExperience serving as a Product Owner or translating business requirements into execution-ready workstreamsThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive program leader who combines strong technical program management capabilities with executive presence and exceptional communication skills. They have successfully delivered complex enterprise technology initiatives, understand how to navigate large organizations, and can effectively influence stakeholders without direct authority.They bring experience managing enterprise Data & AI programs, are highly proficient with Jira and program governance, and have a track record of driving accountability across multiple teams and workstreams. Most importantly, they are comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve quickly and can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives.
