Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, establishing job standards, and setting and achieving nightly production goals. This role functions as an active team member within the department and organization and performs any duties necessary to best support the company. This position is 2nd shift typically Monday through Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am.Position ResponsibilitiesSupervises associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and resolving operational issues.Enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality product output, on-time delivery, and timely communication.Leads daily and weekly meetings with key production personnel to review productivity, quality concerns, and operational challenges.Ensures effective communication of relevant information across the organization.Implements and oversees safety programs and leads the safety committee to ensure compliance with all company safety standards.Participates in weekly production scheduling activities.Performs other related duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis.Requires frequent bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.Must be able to safely operate within warehouse and production spaces, including navigating around equipment and materials.Ability to perform repetitive motions and handle physical tasks consistent with production operations.
