Join us as we embark on the next phase of exciting growth!Job Description:Navier is seeking articulate, ambitious, and driven Sales Associates to generate and close sales of the Navier N30. This is a contract-based, remote role with a low base and extremly high commission per sale, offering a clear path to full-time employment for high performers. We will provide marketing resources and support, but candidates are expected to own the full sales process-from lead generation to closing.We are currently focused on candidates based in New York, Miami, and the Bay Area, though the role is open to remote applicants in other strategic locations.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of the Navier N30 and future products through proactive outreach and high-touch engagement.Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, yacht brokers, and fleet operatorsConduct personalized consultations, virtual/in-person demos, and facilitate a premium customer experienceRepresent Navier at industry events, boat shows, and exclusive gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leadsManage sales pipeline, client interactions, and reportingCollaborate with internal teams to fine-tune messaging and improve lead conversionStay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordinglyQualifications & Experience:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-end sales-ideally in luxury mobility (yachts, private aviation, exotic vehicles, etc.)Proven ability to source and close high-value dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA self-starter mindset with high levels of motivation and accountabilityExperience selling to high-net-worth individuals; existing network is a major plusFamiliarity with CRMs and digital sales toolsPassion for innovation, sustainability, and redefining transportationWhat we offer:All our positions offer a compensation package that includes base salary and benefits.
