Merchandise Associate

A Merchandise Associate works in a retail store to make sure products are stocked, organized, displayed properly, and available for customers. Typical job description Key responsibilities: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise. Stock products on shelves, racks, and displays. Replenish products when inventory is low. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly presented. Check product labels, prices, and signage for accuracy. Assist customers in finding products and answering basic questions. Help with inventory counts and stockroom organization. Set up promotional and seasonal displays. Follow company safety and merchandising standards. Work with sales associates and store management to maintain product availability. Help with returns, damaged merchandise, and product transfers when required.
