We’re proud of our Tier 1 supplier legacy for manufacturing propulsion-agnostic, structural automotive components, and assemblies around the globe.To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:· Prioritize and assign work load for team.· Directs training of workers to improve department performance.· Maintain and upgrade fixtures and gauges.· Studies specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models or descriptions and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts.· Perform extensive die maintenance such as rebuilding die sections, retiming pads and forms and engineering changes on all types of dies.· Make decisions and judgments about proper course of action for repair and maintenance.· Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, jigs and fixtures to recommend design modifications regarding construction and function of part.· Determine specifications for inspection of work, using full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before, during and after machining
