Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Production Unit ManagerASSEMBLER III (ANDON)Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.The work model for the role is: {Onsite}You will be mainly accountable for:Primarily troubleshoot and repair breakersUnderstand how the product works, need to be able to work on all stationsUnderstand how the accessories work with the productKnow how Turn on and off all equipmentKnow how to interpret tester dataRed tag process at the end of the each shiftRecord tally at the end of the day for red tagged breakersAssist in training of the operators and give feedback on quality issues on the lineRecord production data issues daily and manage defect trackerSupport with trainings of the other employeesPerform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times.Able to run all testing equipmentSupports Coordinator in keeping the operation movingOther duties as deemed necessary or assigned.** Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Required to stand, bend walk for extended periods of time throughout shift.Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations.Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.Detailed and team oriented.Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.Be able to lift to 50lbsRequired to know all of the stations of the assembly line*Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
