This is a 6-month contract opportunity supporting customer quality initiatives by investigating product issues, performing root cause analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.What You Get To DoInvestigate customer complaints and warranty issues from intake through resolution Perform root cause and failure analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies Analyze production, warranty, and quality trends to identify recurring issues Coordinate corrective actions and drive issues through closure Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sourcing, and Quality teams Review engineering drawings, quality records, and production documentation Prepare reports and present findings for Quality Review Boards What You Need To SucceedBachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent manufacturing quality experience 1–3 years of engineering or quality experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, 8D, A3, or similar problem-solving methodologies Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and on the production floor to drive issue resolution Excellent communication skills Commercial or industrial refrigeration experience is a plus Why choose ExecuSource?Pay: Get paid weekly!
