Warehouse Associate, 2nd shift

We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator. This individual must have good mobility and visual acuity. This person is responsible for operating an industrial truck and maneuvering pallets of products. inspecting product coming off the line, packing the product, and stacking the product on a pallet. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining a clean workplace and assisting with any sanitizing operations that occur. They are also must ensure the product is labeled correctly, packaged correctly and passes visual quality checks in accordance to the Production and Quality standards of the facility.ResponsibilitiesThis description is general in nature and not all duties are listed. Responsibilities include:Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials and finished products for production, storage, and shipping while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Load and unload products onto/from trucks, pallets, and storage areas safely and efficiently.Ensure products are properly secured during transport to prevent damage.Read shipping schedules, sales orders, or follow instructions to move and distribute materials.Accurately place inventory using proper stock rotation (FIFO).Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and store them in designated locations.Sort, label, and organize materials in the warehouse.Perform general housekeeping and maintain warehouse cleanliness.Inspect transport vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.Follow all GMP policies and perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsAbility to operate a computer and scannerAbility to operate an industrial truck (forklift)Ability to get on and off equipment and walk as neededStrong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skillsMinimum of 1 year forklift experienceHoursMonday - Friday, 5PM - 2:30AM8-hour shift plus occasional overtimeWeekend availability required as production needs may demandSalary$18 /hr.New hire Bonus Program up to $500.00BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision CoverageLife Insurance10 Paid HolidaysPTO - Vacation Time or sick time401K Program and Company Match up to 3.5%Company STD & LTD (Short term & Long-term disability)Perfect Attendance Monthly Bonus Program up to $100.00Employee Referral Bonus Program up to $500.00For more information about our company please visit our website at www.sunnyskyproducts.comSunny Sky Products is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
