The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative executive with a contemporary and inspiring leadership style, experienced in medical education. This role is pivotal in developing the strategic vision to attract and train the next generation of physicians, ensuring the academic mission is in line with the company's values of compassionate service and faith-inspired care. The Chief Academic Officer and System DIO will be responsible for the administrative oversight and strategic direction of all ACGME-accredited programs, with a focus on compliance, performance analysis, and the development of a robust academic and research environment. Candidates for this position must have an M.D., D.O., or equivalent terminal degree, with a strong background in academic medicine and a proven track record of excellence, change management, and engagement. The role requires exceptional relational and team-building skills to work across disciplines, markets, and institutions, as well as the ability to communicate and promote the academic mission effectively.
