Documentation And Information Management CoordinatorResponsible for coordinating documentation and information management between the Project Team and Operations to support successful project handover and operational readiness. This role ensures all documentation deliverables meet company standards and are properly prepared, reviewed, and transferred into operational systems.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between Project Team and Operations to define documentation requirements for handoverDevelop and execute Documents for Operations (DFO) strategy, including timelines and processesEnsure contractors and suppliers meet documentation deliverable requirements per contractSupport identification and tracking of start-up, integrity-critical, and operations-ready deliverablesPlan and lead DFO workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetingsMonitor progress of documentation review, turnover, and final handover to OperationsIdentify documentation gaps, provide solutions, and escalate issues as neededConduct internal and external audits of documentation processes and ensure resolution of findingsProvide regular reporting on DFO progress and performance metricsEnsure all final documentation is accurately loaded into EDMS (UDocs)Proactively flag risks that could impact documentation quality, cost, or scheduleQualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline (preferred)Experience in document management, information management, or technical project supportStrong understanding of documentation needs in oil & gas operations (production, refining, or chemicals)Experience working with EDMS systems (UDocs or similar)Advanced knowledge of information management practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityHigh School Diploma or GED required.Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, agility and fit for duty.
