Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Provide clear, professional communication with customers. Document all work performed using company procedures. Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work environment. Participate in the on-call rotation as required. Represent Byrum Heating & AC with professionalism and integrity. What You Bring: 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
