Inventory Management Associate Location: State College, PAPay Rate: $20$22 per hourPosition Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Management Associate to support warehouse operations in State College, PA. This role combines hands-on material handling with administrative responsibilities, including shipment tracking and customer communication. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Work Environment Receiving warehouse and small open loading dock areaCombination of standing bench work and shared cubicle spaceSmall, collaborative team environment (team of 3)Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and unload materials from trucks (up to 32 lbs)Repackage and prepare materials for shipment to various worksitesVerify purchase orders (POs) using company systemsTrack shipments and maintain accurate inventory recordsRespond to customer emails and provide shipment updatesEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety standardsSupport multiple projects as neededQualifications Required (Must-Have)High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 4 years of relevant warehouse experience OR Associate degree with 02 years of related experienceHands-on experience in a warehouse environmentAbility to work independently with little supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportationPreferred (Nice-to-Have)Experience with ERP/MRP systemsFamiliarity with inventory control softwareKnowledge of hazardous material shipping49 CFR and/or IATA certificationSoft Skills Self-motivated and proactiveStrong work ethic and integrityAbility to collaborate effectively within a small teamDependable and adaptablePhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 32 lbs regularlyComfortable standing for extended periodsAbility to work in a warehouse and loading dock settingWhy Join Us?
