Project Architect

Licensed Architect We are seeking a licensed architect with strong experience in industrial and mission-critical facility design. This role supports the design and delivery of data centers and manufacturing facilities, working in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Pay: $60.00- $75.00 per hour DOE.Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design efforts for data centers and industrial facilitiesCollaborate with engineers, designers, clients, and subcontractorsDevelop construction documents, layouts, and technical specificationsEnsure quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codesReview and coordinate designs across disciplinesParticipate in project meetings and resolve technical challengesSupport construction activities (submittals, RFIs, field walks)Contribute to proposals, budgets, and schedulesProvide technical guidance to junior team membersRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture (accredited program)Professional Architect License (required)Ability to obtain licensure in multiple statesMinimum 8+ years of architectural design experienceProficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of building codes and industrial facility designExperience with project management, budgeting, and schedulingPreferred Qualifications Master's degree in ArchitectureExperience designing data centers or manufacturing facilitiesWork Environment Hybrid role (2 days onsite per week if local)U.S.-based candidates onlyNo visa sponsorship available
