This role combines front desk responsibilities with office coordination and administrative support to help ensure smooth branch operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations and greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionallyAnswer and direct incoming calls in a timely mannerHandle cash and credit card transactions and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recordsCoordinate office supplies, mail, shipping, filing, and general administrative needsSupport branch leadership with reporting and administrative tasksMaintain organized office procedures and documentationAssist with receptionist coverage and scheduling needsSupport internal communication across branch staffHelp maintain accurate records and administrative controlsPerform additional duties as assigned to support branch operationsQualifications2+ years of office administration, receptionist, or office manager experienceStrong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskHigh attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience in distribution, warehouse, construction, or industrial environments is a plusComfortable supporting both office and operational teamsWhy Join UsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a team, and being a critical part of daily branch success.
