Head Chef

Job Description We are currently looking to hire a full-time, salaried, Head Chef for our kitchen. While it is a small kitchen, we have recently made a series of upgrades that have allowed us to provide much more interesting menu items.We are seeking a candidate that can effectively run the entire kitchen while supervising/being aided by a small number of additional kitchen staff (2-3). The Head Chef is responsible for operating the kitchen and working with ownership to manage inventory on an ongoing basis.Our kitchen operates: Tues-Fri 4-9, Sat noon-9 and Sunday noon-7. The expectation is that the Head Chef would have Mondays off (as we are closed) as well as another week day of their choosing.We ask that only serious candidates apply and that you include a resume.Compensation will be dictated by experience level.
