Data/Query Analyst

We’re looking for a Data / Query Analyst who can explore data, uncover insights, and help teams understand what’s really happening across customer behavior, sales performance, and operations.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and patternsWrite and run queries to extract and organize data from internal systemsBuild simple, clear reports and dashboards for teamsSupport teams in answering business questions using dataIdentify issues, opportunities, and improvements through data analysisHelp improve how data is collected, structured, and used across the companyCollaborate with operations and leadership teams to support decision-makingParticipate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on business goalsQualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetComfortable working with data and numbersAttention to detail and accuracy in reportingGood communication skills, able to explain findings clearlyCurious and proactive in figuring out problemsExperience with Excel or Google Sheets (required)Bonus: experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)TrainingFull training will be provided on internal systems, data tools, and reporting processes.Work EnvironmentFast-paced, collaborative environment focused on using data to improve operations and decision-making across the business.Work AuthorizationWe welcome candidates currently authorized to work in the U.S. under OPT, STEM OPT, or CPT.
