Senior Technical Advisor / Founding Infrastructure Architect – AI Infrastructure / GPU OrchestrationLocation: NY or Miami Area | Full-Time or Advisory/ConsultingEarly-stage AI infrastructure company backed by a public company balance sheet seeking a senior-level technical leader to work directly with the CEO in shaping the architecture, product direction, and technical strategy for a next-generation AI continuity and orchestration platform focused on enterprise GPU infrastructure.This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone who deeply understands large-scale distributed systems, GPU orchestration, Kubernetes at scale, and fault-tolerant AI infrastructure environments. This is NOT a generic cloud or AI engineering role.Absolute Must-Haves:Deep expertise with GPU infrastructure and orchestration environmentsStrong hands-on Kubernetes experience in large-scale production systemsDistributed systems architecture experience (fault tolerance, failover, checkpoint/restore, orchestration)Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure environmentsStrong understanding of the NVIDIA ecosystem (CUDA, NCCL, GPU Operator, DCGM)Experience building or architecting infrastructure/control plane platformsAbility to operate in a true 0-to-1 startup environmentStrongly Preferred:Background from companies such as NVIDIA, CoreWeave, Lambda, Crusoe, Nebius, Run:ai, Red Hat, VMware, hyperscalers, or similar infrastructure/platform environmentsExperience with GPU scheduling/orchestration platforms, Kubernetes operators, multi-cloud infrastructure, or AI infrastructure resiliencePrior Principal Architect, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or similar senior technical leadership experienceThe role can be structured as:Full-time leadership hireSenior Technical Advisor / Consulting engagementPotential long-term leadership path as the organization scalesThis person will play a major role in helping define the technical foundation, product direction, and future engineering organization of the company alongside the CEO.
