Owners QA Manager - Data Center Construction

We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Control programs for a major data center campus. This is a long term contract with hourly rate, benefits and all expenses covered. This is not an IT role.You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure compliance and resolve technical quality issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Implement and monitor site-specific QA/QC plans and management systems.Collaboration: Lead quality discussions in OAC, logistics, and Cx meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Technical Oversight: Review rigging/lift plans, oversee submittals and SOOs, and develop SOPs and MOPs.Audit & Compliance: Conduct site audits and manage documentation for owner/contractor-furnished equipment.Commissioning: Coordinate with teams through L5 Cx while ensuring site safety adherence.Leadership: Delegate tasks to project staff and manage training on infrastructure equipment.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in Data Center facilities with a strong QA/QC technical background.Technical Skills: Expert ability to interpret MEP scopes, schematics, drawings, and project schedules.Program Development: Proven track record of implementing comprehensive QA/QC programs and Methods of Procedure (MOP).
