Lead Software Engineer, Kernels
Overview
In this role, you lead MatX's Kernel team to design and optimize high-performance compute kernels that run on our specialized AI hardware. You will mentor and grow a team while actively coding and collaborating with ML and hardware groups to align software with the hardware roadmap. Your work directly enables scalable ML workloads for AGI, shaping the software stack from kernel design to execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex trade-offs into actionable hardware-software integration decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of our mission to build the compute platform for AGI.
