Truck DriverYou'll support daily logistics operations by safely operating trucks, trailers, and material-handling equipment to move finished goods, raw materials, and bulk product throughout the facility and between designated locations. This includes coordinating trailer and tanker movements, verifying load readiness, and ensuring proper positioning, docking, and securing procedures are followed.You'll assist with loading and unloading activities as needed, including bulk tanker loading and trailer transfers, while maintaining accurate inventory counts and supporting material flow across the plant. You'll follow FIFO processes and ensure materials are delivered and staged in the correct locations to support operational efficiency.You'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment by inspecting equipment, confirming proper dock procedures (such as chocking wheels and securing trailers), and adhering to all company and regulatory safety requirements. In addition, you'll help maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned areas and support other logistics-related tasks as directed.You'll also support compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and related standards) by following procedures, identifying hazards, and reporting incidents in alignment with company policies and OSHA requirements. RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.Experience operating trucks, trailers, and material-handling equipment (forklift experience preferred).Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or ERP platforms (e.g., data input, scanning).Strong understanding of safety practices, vehicle operation, and material handling procedures. Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis role operates in both outdoor, warehouse, and manufacturing environments, with exposure to changing weather conditions, moving equipment, and industrial hazards.Physical demands include regular standing, walking, climbing, and operating vehicles and equipment. The role requires lifting (up to 60 lbs occasionally), frequent use of hands and arms, and visual acuity for safe driving, equipment operation, and inspection of materials.
