As an Associate Attorney, your daily responsibilities will include managing cases, document review and execution, representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting negotiations, and performing thorough legal research. You will work on various cases, including those involving mortgage law and other related areas, while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.QualificationsProficiency in default services and secured creditor's rights lawStrong Legal Advice and client consultation skillsExpertise in Research to analyze legal issues and find effective solutionsStrong Negotiation skills to resolve disputes effectivelyBar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is required; or at least willingness and eligible to obtain admission to both statesExceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage a caseload independently while adhering to deadlines
