Clinical Director (LMFT) – Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Outpatient Program

Holistic Pathways is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to serve as Clinical Director for our developing Intensive Outpatient Program. This is a part-time leadership opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for an experienced clinician interested in helping guide the clinical development of a growing behavioral health program. The role focuses on clinical oversight, supervision, and program quality, rather than direct full-time therapy services. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counseling staff Ensure treatment services follow evidence-based practices Review and approve treatment plans Utilization Review Conduct utilization reviews (UR) with insurance companies Provide clinical updates to support authorization requests Participate in peer-to-peer reviews when necessary Documentation & Chart Review Conduct periodic chart reviews and documentation audits Ensure records meet clinical, insurance, and regulatory standards Provide feedback to staff regarding documentation improvements Program Compliance Ensure services meet professional and ethical standards Support compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements Collaborate with program leadership on clinical operations Team Coordination Provide guidance and consultation to counselors and case managers Communicate with administrative and billing teams as needed How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or submit a resume and copy of their LMFT license for review.
