AMF is owned by brothers, Andrew and Mario Feghali, who areentrepreneurs and investors with very busy schedules and while we enjoy having a granularunderstanding of what is happening at AMF, we do not have the bandwidth to support the day today business. We're looking for a leader to give AMF their 100% and make it their world, onewho is energized by spending most of their time in the field—up to 80%—working side by sidewith our team members. You understand the demands of a 24/7 business and are excited towork weekends, including Friday nights, and regularly travel across markets. We expect you tomodel and champion servant leadership by fostering a culture rooted in trust, empathy, andshared purpose, which will result in high levels of employee engagement and a thrivingorganizational community. You're comfortable knocking out administrative tasks while on theroad or sitting in the back of one of our restaurants. Our office is in Austin, Texas, and we expectyou to either live near it, or plan to travel extensively to and from Austin and our satellite office inSan Diego, California.This role goes beyond operations. You'll collaborate with and oversee cross-functional leaders,including our VP of Finance and Director of Administration, and will be responsible for drivingtop- and bottom-line performance, elevating customer service, executing local marketing, andstreamlining administrative systems. You'll also represent AMF Restaurants at Little Caesarsconferences and advisory council meetings, which means you need to be equally comfortablerolling up your sleeves in a busy restaurant and presenting confidently in a boardroom.We value leaders who embrace feedback, seek continuous improvement, and maintain open,transparent communication. We expect a shared calendar and weekly check-ins to ensurealignment on company goals. You should also be experienced in building scalable andrepeatable playbooks. This person will be in charge of leading and growing amulti-state restaurant business with hundreds of employees and needs to bring the ability tohelp systematize the business and make it the highest performing franchise group in the nation.The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for running restaurants, a strong desire to developpeople, build trust within our entire organization, and have a track record of success in leadinggrowth in a multi-unit operation.About the Company: AMF Restaurants is the 5th largest Little Caesars Pizza franchisee in thenation and operates 54 restaurants across the United States. The geographic makeup of theportfolio includes 10 Little Caesars in the San Diego area, 8 in the Fresno Area, 9 all acrossArizona, 4 in the Denver area, 8 in Michigan/Indiana, and 14 in the Austin, TX area. We have ahome office in Austin, Texas and a satellite office in San Diego, California.Responsibilities:Operational Strategy: Develop and implement the operating plan that allows AMF to lead in customer service, sales, and profitabilityTeam Leadership: Lead, develop, and build intimate relationships and trust with highly motivated team members including but not limited to General Managers, District Managers, and Directors. Must excel at bench building, coaching, and performance management. You know how to win, but have a good time while doing it.Financial Accountability: Have a complete grip on the P&L of the business and understand all the levers to help grow the business. Must also understand trends in markets and be able to analyze data effectively.New Market Development: Experience with new builds and acquisitions. Can own the plan of where to go next.Vendor & Contract Management: Understands how to work with vendors and manage existing contracts and renewals.Creating Playbooks: Knows how to get the most out of a large portfolio. Creates plans that can be used for stores that perform at varying levels.Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the team and ownership. Can communicate effectively both to employees and to investors.
