The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and preparing bid proposals. Other responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate documentation for all estimating-related tasks.QualificationsStrong skills in Construction Estimating and performing accurate Quantity Take-offsExperience with Budgeting and Cost Management for publick works construction projectsExcellent Communication skills for coordination with teams, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawingsFamiliarity with construction software and tools for estimationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in public works or similar construction projects is highly desirableExperience with Planswift, Bluebeam, Procore, On Screen Take Off, Autocad, Microsoft Office or Autodesk, Buildconnect.
