Java – WebSphere Message Broker

Overview In this role you will leverage extensive J2EE and integration experience to support and enhance complex IT systems. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while maintaining production support and ongoing maintenance. You’ll contribute to global delivery efforts in the insurance/financial services domain, shaping architecture and RCA-driven improvements. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence system reliability and performance at scale. ResponsibilitiesExecute and support J2EE-based development and maintenance tasks in a production environmentWork with Web services and middleware technologies (WebSphere Message Broker/WebMethods) to ensure reliable data flowsParticipate in design and architecture reviews, and perform root cause analysisTranslate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirementsCollaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver IT solutionsSupport the software development lifecycle across development, maintenance, and production supportContribute to global delivery efforts and cross-functional teamwork Key requirements5+ years in J2EE technologies4+ years in application maintenance and production support4+ years in Web services and middleware (WebSphere Message Broker or similar)4+ years in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, XML4+ years in SDLC including maintenance and production support4+ years in translating requirements to system requirements3+ years in design/architecture review and root cause analysisexperience in Insurance and Financial services domainanalytical skills and willingness to work in a global delivery environmentteam collaboration in diverse stakeholder environmentsanalytical thinkingstrong communication and problem-solvingJ2EE TechnologiesWeb servicesWebSphere Message Broker (WMB) or WebMethods
