In this role, you will take charge of implementing, maintaining, and supporting agile software development initiatives aimed at modernizing systems. Your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise will enable you to craft innovative solutions to complex challenges. You’ll work autonomously, mentoring and guiding fellow team members along the way. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of agile software development projects to modernize systems. Solve problems creatively and develop robust solutions that meet our clients' needs. Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to foster their growth and success. Utilize both back-end and front-end technologies to build comprehensive solutions. Technical Skills: Java JavaScript Python Microsoft C# Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Experience in both web front-end and back-end development, including: Client-Side Development Server-Side Development API Development and Integration Familiarity with UI/UX principles. Knowledge of modern frameworks and tools such as: AngularJS React.js Vue.js AWS tools Angular 2 Version control experience with Git. Database management skills with SQL. Requirements: Experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, and Java and JavaScript in a Linux environment Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of experience with software engineering in a Linux environment, or 11+ years of experience with software engineering in a Linux environment in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Java libraries, including MongoDB, Spring, and OSGi Experience with Perl, Python, Lua, and NGINX Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment and balance long- and short-term taskings Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
