CMT Field Technician (Poulsbo)

The Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in field testing and inspection of soils and concrete, with ACI certifications.Key Responsibilities:Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting.Perform quality inspections on concrete forming and masonry work.Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies.Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed on job sites.Qualifications:ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I Certification (Preferred)Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification (preferred)Experience with soil density testing, concrete sampling, and construction site inspectionsUnderstanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standardsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbsMust be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periodsBenefits & Perks:Company Truck & Gas Card - Assigned for workComprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance401(k) Profit SharingPaid vacation and HolidaysCareer development & mentorship opportunitiesKrazan promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
