Role SummaryWe're looking for a Data Analyst who can bridge business and technical teams — someone who can translate business questions into data requirements, track down the right data across a fragmented ecosystem, and help establish a single source of truth across a handful of core data sets. This is not a heavy engineering role; the emphasis is on analysis, communication, and organizational savvy over deep technical skill.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesFunction primarily as a business analyst — translating business needs into clear data requirements, not just building UI/dashboardsIdentify and work with 4–5 key data sets, consolidating them into a data mart / single source of truthWrite queries to investigate and clean up noisy dataPartner with business stakeholders to understand what they're seeing in the data, then work with other teams/data owners to gain access to additional data sources as neededTrack down data across a fragmented ecosystem (data lives in multiple systems/teams) and make sense of it for the businessOwn the process of finding and integrating the right data yourself — rather than submitting a request and waiting on another team to hand it offOperate in a full Agile/Scrum environmentApply critical thinking and work autonomouslyRequired SkillsSnowflake experienceStrong SQL / query-writing abilityBusiness analysis skills — ability to translate business needs into data/technical requirementsStrong communication skills (this role leans more on analysis/communication than deep technical build)Organizational skills — able to navigate a complex, multi-team data ecosystem and know which technical team to approach for whatGeneral technology awareness (e.g., high-level understanding of chatbot/AI capabilities — not expected to build them)Comfort with ambiguity and critical thinking; ability to work independently
