POSITION: PRESIDENT AND CEO Application Deadline: June 15, 2026 Location: 1750 Valley Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 The Glacial Community YMCA is seeking an innovative, strategic, and community‑minded individual to serve as its next President & CEO. The President & CEO will build trust and extend the breadth and depth of the YMCA's reach across our service area, lead collaborative efforts to grow and maintain productive working relationships in the community, and serve as a key leader of a seasoned and engaged leadership team. Qualifications Accredited 4‑year college degree and/or equivalent work experience. Fiscally sound business management approach with a proven track record of budgetary and fiscal management more than $11M annually. Minimum seven years prior experience in a senior management role with a YMCA or a comparable organization with direct supervision of multiple levels of staff and employees. Ability to develop and strengthen community relationships. Ability to develop innovative programs, review and enhance programs for economic and effectiveness in broadening engagement. Strategic planning and fundraising experience including annual campaigns and securing grants. Fiscally sound business management approach. Proven record of progressive budgetary leadership and advanced fiscal management practices. YMCA Organizational Leader Certification or ability to achieve within 3 years. Benefits include: YMCA Retirement plan (8% paid by Y, voluntary employee contribution). YMCA 403B savings account 100% employee contribution. Health plan: 60% paid by Y for HDHP $3,000, 75% paid by Y for HDHP $4,000 (Y Mutual plans). Dental/vision plan available at nominal charge. Paid Time Off per personnel policy.
