Implementation SpecialistIn this position, you'll be based in the Edison, Jersey City or any of our Canadian offices for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Join our New Business Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist, where you'll work within our Operations team and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in our North America Plan Managers business. The Senior Implementation Specialist role will work collaboratively across departments and teams with a focus on platform configuration activities.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Performs plan platform configuration activities and serves as a subject matter expert on platform configurationsConducts testing of new/changed systemsMonitors work-order ticket requests and responds to questions from requestors in a timely mannerCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and data needsWrite complex SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)Identify data resources, tables, and relationships required to fulfil business requestsWhat will you bring to the role? As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll bring a solid understanding of technical systems and operational procedures that support employee share plans, along with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively through on-the-job experience. The base pay range for this role is USD $77,434.56-116,151.84. This base pay range is specific to the New Jersey locations and may not be applicable to other locations. The base pay range for this role is CAD $70K - $80K.
