DescriptionJob Title: Child-Youth Case ManagerLocation: ArizonaEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $19 - $21/hr.Date Posted: 04/15/2026About Your RoleOur Child-Youth Case Manager works with children and youth in the community, engaging them in the creation of their own service plan and goals, providing social skills and behavior management support/education, and advocating/linking them to additional community supports. You will meet with your clients and families in their homes, in the community, and in the office, to support their progress and assess needs to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with children and youth to help create personalized service plans and goalsProvide social skills education and behavior management supportAdvocate and connect clients to community resourcesMeet with clients and families in various settings (homes, office, community)Assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.)CPR/First Aid CertificationValid AZ Driver’s license without restrictions, current auto insurance, and own transportationEligible for fingerprint clearance approval throughout employmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in Case ManagementExperience in Behavioral HealthBilingual: English/SpanishWhat We Offer$19 - $21/hr. Sign-On bonus of $1000 is divided into 60 days and 90 days. One time Spanish differential increase contingent on passing a Spanish language test.
